Commission: Open

- Read my T.o.S for details information.
- Turn around time: 2 days – 1 month (depend on the art difficulty and the number of
people i get to work with)
- Any delay will be informed and compensated accordingly.

Art trades: Depend

- Ask for availability
- Art trades are welcome! I will not submit my end until you have confirmed finishing your side.
- All detail must be discuss before starting and no major changes allow after the sketch.
- Be patient. My paying orders come first
- I will always finish a trade but the time will be depending on my schedule. Please be aware and excuse me if there’s delays during the drawing.

Collaborations: Ask for availability

- I prioritize quality over quantity.
- Please don’t undermine my drawing. Be at the level of my skill to work with me (ex: I wouldn't collab with an artist who uses MS paint/bases/etc..) I expect the same amount of effort to be put in the same as mine.
- I do not mean to deter you but I want to beable to work with people who are abit more capable and is not exploiding my efforts.
- Discuss all details with me beforehand to see if it’s doable or not.

✧ TERM OF SERVICE ✧

By purchasing/commissioning me for artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below

General + Payment:

For Arts Commission:

- Before starting I will send you a Google Form to fill out the order, by doing that all
information would be more organized and easier to review.
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if
it occurs.
- The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
- Payment is requested in full after you have approved of the finished sketch.

For Adopt/Design/Character sell:

- You are responsible for your purchases, so think carefully before you buy a design from me.
- I do not do refunds.
- Do not make species out of my designs.
- Open for Payment Plan (with upfront)
- The payment plan will be discussed individually
- I do not condone any scheme that can affect me nor other people.

Payment, fee, refund:

Payment:

- Payment through Paypal or Bank transaction. Only take USD ($) or Vietnam Dong (vnd).
- Invoice will be sent for payment (Paypal option).
- In the invoice contains: the price, description, T.o.S pdf, Google Form you filled for clarification, part of the art piece for recognition

Additional fee:

- Rush fee: charged for tight deadlines (only in your request).
- Major changes fee: charged for a major changes to the drawing (detail in WIP Update
section)

Refund:

- If a refund is requested, the refund money will be dependent on the statue of the
drawing.
o During the sketch : 80% of the original price can be refunded.
o During the linework : 50% of the original price can be refunded.
o During the base color : 25% of the original price can be refunded.
o Once the shade is being worked on, there will be no refund.

WIP updates + Turn around time:

- All WIPs are heavily watermarked until full amount is paid
- WIP updates are given throughout the progress : > Sketch > Linework > Flat Color > Shading
- Any changes are suggested best to discuss and done before starting flat color.
- Any major changes after linework approved will be charged extra. (+20% - 50%)
- Turn around time: 2 days – 1 month (depend on the art difficulty and the number of
people i get to work with)
- Any delay will be informed and compensated accordingly.
- I’ll do my best to meet your expectations. Be patient with me !
- Finished pieces are sent to the client as a high resolution file (png). (Through Gmail,
Google Drive, Toyhouse)

Copyright & usage policy:

- I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their
rightful owners.
- The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase
commercial rights.
- You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned
work.
- Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

Commercial use:

- Artwork/design are NOT for commercial use to profit without permission.
- If you wish to obtain the rights to the image for commercial uses, you must discuss
with me before buying the artwork/design.
- Artwork/design use for profit would be x3 the price. Discussing beforehand is heavily
advise.

Copyright infringement:

- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

Allowance and Prohibition:

What you're Allowed to:

+ Characters may be redesigned, but my original art must not be edited.
+ Print, post for personal use only.
+ Re-trade/resell the character (Can only be sold for their worth, don't premium them)
+ If the character is Traded or wins through Raffle. You can not Sell them later on,
without additional art pieces. Once you have add on art, you can request me to open
the Sell option (ToyHouse)

What you're Prohibited to : (Can result in blacklist)

- FORBID to remove my logo/name/signature.
- Do not make species out of my designs.
- Do not delete the design off of Toyhouse. (if you have request to post it there).
- Do not co-own a character since it can cause a lot of trouble for everyone.
- Do not claim the design was created by anyone else, that's not me.
- Backing out in the middle of a hold/payment plan if you do so with invalid reasons,
you will be blacklisted/warned (I won't refund you if it was a payment plan).

Copyright & usage policy:

- I reserve the right to post the artworks on my social media. (if the design has been
sold, or being on sale. It will be publish under heavy watermark to prevent steal).
- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
- Any characters portrayed in the artwork remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
- The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase
commercial rights.
- You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the artwork.
- Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
- If you had violated the Copyrights term stated, I have every rights to take back my
artwork and blacklist you from any future related work. I can openly call you out on
social media as a warning to the situation, if only it gets into the worst case scenario.
